For close to 30 years we have been teaching the Martial Arts in Worcester County.  We have many students from Holden, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling, Paxton, Worcester, Boylston, Clinton, Shrewsbury, Leominster, Lancaster, Northborough and West Boylston. 

      Students range in age from 4 years to seniors. We have great adult programs, boths day and evenings. We offer top quality programs in Kempo, Karate, Jujitsu, Combat JuJitsu and Aerobic Kickboxing.  We have a great class schedule and a friendly helpful staff.
